We are developing Bloodfriend as a global social network for blood donors, facilitating connections between donors and recipients based on geographic location.
Furthermore, we aim to establish Bloodfriend as a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem that provides accurate health information, maintains health records, and integrates online telemedicine services, thereby benefiting individuals across all segments of society. This project will initially be launched in Bangladesh.
Our efforts began in 2010 with the registration of the domain www.bloodfriend.com.
By 2018, we secured support from Startup Bangladesh VC to develop strong Android and web platforms. Our work also gained recognition, being featured by MIT Solve and renowned daily newspaper Prothom Alo.
Though early progress slowed due to funding limits, we are now moving forward with fresh energy.
